We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to support our electric vehicle servicing operations. In this role, you will play an important part in identifying, sourcing, and supplying genuine BYD parts to our service technicians, customers, and trade partners. Your understanding of EV-specific components and systems will help ensure the smooth operation of our workshop and provide our customers with efficient, professional support.

The Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a critical role in supporting our EV service operations. You'll work closely with service technicians, retail customers, and trade partners to identify, source, and supply genuine BYD parts and accessories. With strong product knowledge and a customer-first approach, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our workshop and a premium service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and supply parts and accessories for retail, trade, and internal needs.

Use digital catalogues and systems to locate and order BYD parts accurately.

Provide clear, knowledgeable advice to customers and technicians.

Assist with stock control, warehousing, and inventory management.

Coordinate timely delivery and dispatch of parts and accessories.

Support the service team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

Previous experience in parts interpreting, mechanical servicing, or automotive retail is ideal – though full training will be provided.

Passionate about electric vehicles and sustainable technology.

Highly organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A team player who takes initiative and thinks outside the box.
