About the role

GO Access Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our dynamic team in our Melbourne office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients navigating the complex Australian migration process.

What you'll be doing

Assisting business and individual clients with visa applications, including skilled, family, and business visas with a focus in Employer Sponsored Visas

Advising and Preparing submissions on LMT, AMSR, Genuine position, Health and Labour Agreement

Preparing and lodging visa applications, including gathering supporting documentation

Liaising with government authorities and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth application process

Providing ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the visa application and approval stages

Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in migration laws and regulations

Maintaining accurate client records and accountable case management

What we're looking for

Registered Migration Agent with a minimum of 5 years' experience with a focus in Employer Sponsored Visas

Thorough understanding of Australian migration laws, regulations, and visa requirements

Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner

Superior English writing, legal research and advocacy skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in using relevant practice management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in law, migration, or a related field
