The Role:

This position is office based and supported by the Director for direction and training. This is a diverse position which will involve some menial tasks as well as a wide variety of operational support tasks. The tasks that you’ll be doing:

🔹 Scheduling & Coordination:

Oversee and optimize rosters for a 100-strong team across 70+ sites.

Manage shift changes, fill-ins, and specialist cleaning teams.

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and growing our candidate database.

Keep information registers up to date (jobs, keys, scope of works, etc.).

🔹 Customer Service Superstar:

Be the friendly voice responding to client calls, emails, and inquiries.

Provide helpful, clear information about our services, pricing, and availability.

Handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency – we love happy clients!

Update customer accounts and manage booking changes with ease.

Collaborate with our operations and cleaning teams to ensure top-notch service.

We are essentially a small management team and therefore will expect everyone to jump in and help others whenever needed, so you will need to be flexible and willing to be a good team player.

Any of this experience will be helpful but not necessary:

~ Managing rosters and staff movements

~ Recruitment

~ Customer service

~ Using task management tools like Trello

~ Documenting systems or identifying improvements to existing systems

~ Successfully managing contracts to KPIs

~ References that speak to your history of high performance within challenging roles that have multiple competing priorities.

🕗 Hours: 8am – 4pm.
