About us
National Forklift & Access Solutions is a family owned and run business based in Pakenham. We currently have a team of field service mechanics working all over Victoria and a team of mechanics based in our Pakenham workshop. We pride ourselves on our wonderful team of staff and great team environment. This role will be a full time position with moderately flexible hours for the right person. Salary is also negotiable.
Qualifications & experience
Experience within a similar service scheduling role would be an advantage
Scheduling experience with SimPro would be an advantage
Confident computer knowledge for use of our in house programs
Fantastic customer service skills and a great phone manner
Tasks & responsibilities
Booking and Scheduling of field service repairs and breakdowns
Liaise with customers and have a fantastic phone manner and customer service skills
Managing our team of field service mechanics in their day to day jobs
