We’re looking for a freelance production coordinator. Basically you’ll work with us and our manufacturing team to bring the actual products to life, taking them from the design and turning them into a final product.

What you’ll be doing:

-Liaising with the design team regarding delivery timelines

-Communicating with our manufacturing suppliers to manage on time and high-quality production

-Complete purchase orders and establish production schedule timelines with supplier

-Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the production process

-Manage quality control issues when they arise

-Assist in the creation and maintenance of garment tech packs

-Attend range reviews and fit sessions, document updates, and follow through on action points

-Support the sourcing of trims, fabrics, and materials that align with design intent and cost targets

It’s a freelance role, we’re paying $65/ hour and it’s hybrid so you’ll have one day per month in Bondi and the rest is remote. We’re flexible on when you work.
