About the role
As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care and services that align with NDIS standards and individual participant goals. You will ensure operational excellence, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and drive a high standard of service delivery across our services.
Key responsibilities
Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to support staff
Oversee the day-to-day operations of disability services within different areas around Sydney
Collaborate with participants, families, and stakeholders to develop and review support plans
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and NDIS Practice Standards
Monitor and report on service outcomes and staff performance
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe team culture
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or coordination role within the disability or community services sector.
Demonstrated experience in staff leadership with the capacity to support and develop a team of staff working autonomously.
Well-developed conflict and problem resolution skills supported by excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or related field (Certificate IV or above)
Strong knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred approaches
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Current NSW Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
