The role
We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Digital Business Analyst.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping member experiences by leading the development and optimisation of digital products and stakeholder journeys. Using data-driven insights, you’ll translate business needs and pain points into practical, high-impact digital solutions that align with GESB’s strategic goals.
As our Digital Business Analyst, you will bring:
A strong understanding of modern digital frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, Human-Centred Design, multivariate testing, process mapping, flow charting, continuous improvement, test automation and more
A proven ability to communicate requirements clearly and effectively - both verbally and through user stories - with logical and clear acceptance criteria, that are easily understood by developers, testers and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead the resolution of complex strategic challenges, work autonomously, and proactively communicate with stakeholders
Solid experience in digital analytics or business intelligence (BI) tools, including the ability to generate and interpret reports, compare data sets, and extract meaningful insights
Experience with content management systems (CMS), mobile app ecosystems (IOS/Android), and a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), App Store Optimisation (ASO) and web/mobile analytics tools
