Robert Half is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the discovery and implementation of a new SharePoint environment. This role will play a key part in driving improvements in information governance, metadata standards, and data handling practices - all in preparation for future ISO accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand document management needs and SharePoint requirements
• Define metadata models and classification structures for efficient search, tagging, and compliance
• Contribute to information governance strategies, including secure handling of confidential and sensitive materials
• Document existing practices and propose improvements to support ISO accreditation goals
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and communications across business and technical teams
• Develop clear process documentation, governance frameworks, and user guides
• Work closely with IT, records management, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment

Your Background:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of SharePoint structures, metadata tagging, and document libraries
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience contributing to certification or audit readiness (ISO or similar) is highly desirable
• Comfortable working across both technical and business functions
