Due to our continued success, we are launching a global NetSuite ERP transformation across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. This is more than a systems upgrade — it’s a complete business evolution.

In order to execute the upgrade, we are seeking a Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of the NetSuite ERP implementation across our global operations not only for Mammoth, but our Ecoblue business also. In this career-defining role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, working alongside functional leads across finance, warehousing, procurement, and production to shape our future state.

The role:

• Gathering and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements across global teams
• Conducting gap analyses between current state and NetSuite capabilities
• Translating requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
• Partnering with stakeholders in finance, warehouse, procurement, and production across regions
• Supporting alignment and consensus on design and process decisions
• Mapping current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) state business processes
• Assisting in data mapping, validation, and maintaining documentation such as BRDs and test cases
• Supporting UAT execution, training content creation, and end-user onboarding
• Providing post-go-live hypercare support and contributing to continuous improvement

The requirements:

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on ERP or digital transformation projects (NetSuite highly regarded)
• Strong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial sectors (mining or heavy equipment advantageous)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Confidence working with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams

Desirable:

• Familiarity with NetSuite modules and configuration
• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma practices
• Willingness to travel to regional and international sites as needed
