We are currently recruiting for two flagship projects:

300+ apartments to be delivered across two stages over the next 5 years on the Brisbane city fringe, working alongside a capable and collaborative team.

A $50M luxury development, also city fringe, consisting of 4 storeys with basement car parking and a full team already in place.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Project Manager or Project Director to take ownership of landmark projects from start to finish. You’ll work with a team that values quality, integrity, and long-term relationships—internally and with delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee large-scale residential developments from early works to completion.

Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure time, quality, and budget objectives are met.

Drive project delivery, reporting, and client communication with precision and professionalism.

Mentor and develop project teams to ensure high performance.

Contribute to business growth and strategic planning alongside the executive team.

About You:

10+ years’ experience in construction delivery, with recent experience leading full lifecycle residential or commercial projects in Australia.

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive team outcomes.

A confident leader who enjoys both the commercial and delivery sides of project work.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
