Things you need to know

-You can comfortably lead and supervise/manage jobs, ensuring projects are completed on time and to our standards.

-A good understanding of building and renovating.

-Have hands-on experience in general repair works.

-Have the ability to use technology and software to manage documentation and schedules. Training available if required.

-You can interpret and work from plans and specifications.

-You have a positive attitude and can communicate effectively when coordinating with staff, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

-You need to have your own reliable transport.
