As a Digital Print Machinist in finishing, you will be responsible for producing high quality labels on a digital finishing line . To succeed you will have exceptional attention to detail to ensure consistent quality throughout the job. As part of a small team, you will have the ability to work with minimal supervision. More specifically your duties will include the following:

Manage workload using the in-house business management system

Comprehend and read artwork

Safely operate print machinery

Maintain quality of printed product

Undertake operator maintenance

In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:

ICP31220 - Certificate III in Printing or equivalent training

Basic computer literacy

Skilled at operating relevant print equipment

Skilled at finding and fixing operator faults

Skilled at checking print consistency

Skilled at machine specific operator maintenance
