The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled digital print operator with experience in running modern digital presses (e.g., Konica Minolta, HP Indigo, or similar). You’ll be responsible for print setup, maintenance, quality control, and light finishing work.

Key Responsibilities

Operate digital presses and print finishing equipment

Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Monitor print quality and consistency

Collaborate with the design/pre-press team

Ensure jobs are completed on time and to spec

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years experience operating digital print machines

High attention to detail and a strong eye for color and quality

Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Knowledge of RIP software (Fiery, etc.) a plus

Finishing/bindery experience a bonus
