With a strong reputation within the high-end heritage residential industry, this small yet might interiors practice is renowned for their beautiful and unique projects. You'd be joining a dedicated and focused team as Studio Manager to provide operational support for the Director and designers.

Working closely with the Director, you will be focusing on project finance support, executive duties and management of systems. If you have a keen interest and desire for marketing and business development, there is the opportunity for you to get involved with media and press, and client liaison. In this multifaceted role, you will need to have exceptional time management and organisation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead weekly meetings to discuss project contracts, timelines, budgets and resourcing.

Support Director with workflow tracking and

Manage director's diary, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.

Be the 'go-to' for all staff with any IT coordination, staff training and studio facilities.

Skills and Experience:

3 + years as Studio Manager in the build + design industry

Competent user of InDesign, MYOB and Microsoft office.

Ability to work efficiently and perform under pressure.
