This leading architecture practice is looking for a new studio manager to join their Sydney practice. Currently working on some of Sydney's most known projects, you will be joining a forward-thinking, progressive practice.

In this role Studio Manager role, you will be conducting the overarching operational duties of general administration, governance, and finance processes. You will play a valuable asset in supporting with the culture of the practice and making sure all staff feel supported and heard.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducting the day-to-day office operations, in a systematic and organized manner.

Attending project meetings to assess governance and support with finances and timesheet management.

Help with HR functions, predominately focusing on recruitment, onboarding and staff engagement.

Organizing and arranging internal studio events and well-being activities.

Skills and Experience

3-4 years' experience in a similar role with the architecture or construction industry.

Be knowledgeable of HR procedures and recruitment needs.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Happy to work across various time zones.
