We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take full ownership of Rozelle and take it to the next level. Someone who can lead from the front, drive performance, build the team, and deliver an exceptional member experience every single day. High standards, high expectations, and high accountability. What you’ll be across:

Running Rozelle like it’s your own. That means studio standards, performance, member experience - the lot

Driving membership sales, class pack conversions, upsells, and building Rozelle’s reputation in the community

Leading your team. Mentoring, rostering, developing your coaches. You lead by example

Owning the detail - CRM management, studio presentation, merchandise, class scheduling. Nothing gets missed

Delivering STRONG classes each week. High energy, tight coaching, flawless execution, members walking out stronger

Building our community. Running Rozelle’s Instagram and Facebook, connecting locally, keeping our studio buzzing

Knowing your members. Their goals, their injuries, their feedback - and acting on it

What we’re looking for:

Current STRONG Instructor, Manager, or proven equivalent in high-performance fitness leadership

Track record in sales, leadership, and delivering results or the ability to be coachable!

Ability to manage pressure, expectations, and still execute at the highest standard

Uncompromising attention to detail - Rozelle’s standards stay high

Hunger to win, grow, and build something that stands out

Resilient, driven, and ready to set the pace for your team

You care about the details, but you can zoom out and see the big picture

You love the energy of the studio floor but know how to run the backend too

What’s in it for you:

Salary between $70,000 to $80,000+ commission
