What's on offer:
This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $100 million plus, on high-end apartment development projects located in Sydney and Wollongong

  • Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects
  • Location: Sydney
  • Salary range: $175,000 - $200,000 Package negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?
In this role, you’ll lead and manage the entire design process from concept to construction handover. You’ll coordinate consultants, run design meetings, challenge solutions to find efficiencies, ensure compliance with the regulations, deliver design documentation that supports cost-effective, quality construction outcomes. You’ll also provide ongoing design support during construction, ensuring any design queries are resolved promptly and effectively.

What are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced Design Manager with a proven track record delivering high-rise residential or large multi-residential projects valued at $50M+. Having been a Contract Admin or Project Manager that has been heavily involved in the design is also welcome to apply. Experience in residential construction, strong knowledge, ability to lead consultants and stakeholders to deliver practical and efficient design solutions. Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Our client is a builder developer who deliver high end commercial apartment developments. Their client and pipeline are secure with long relationships. Projects are across the Sydney & Wollongong areas and the team is growing. They are looking for a Design Manager to drive delivery and projects with a positive attitude.
