Our client is seeking an experienced Architect with strong experience in non-government Education projects. Ideally this will include NSW experience. The right candidate will be confident running a project from concept through to construction and delivery. An opportunity to mentor younger staff members and longer term take on a greater role within the business.

Key responsibilities

Lead projects up to $150M in value (or multiple smaller projects)

Lead and manage Graduates

Work closely with external consultants and contractors

Undertake project reviews from advanced concept to completion

Oversee the production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages

Skills and experience

Demonstrated skills in leading projects

Excellent client-facing skills

Personable character, good communication skills

Strong coordination ability

Prior Education experience essential

Passion for detailing and buildability

Revit background valued

Strong commitment to maintain professional development

Ability to work well within teams
