About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, organised, and personable Private Dining & Reservations Coordinator to join our team. If you’ve worked in hospitality or admin before and want to stay in the industry—without the late nights—this could be the perfect next step.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll handle private dining enquiries, liaise with guests to plan events, and support the broader team with general reservations and admin. It’s a fast-paced, detail-heavy role where no two days are the same—so a cool head and great sense of humour will serve you well!

Key Responsibilities

Manage all incoming reservation and private dining enquiries via phone and email

Coordinate private events from enquiry through to execution

Liaise with BOH and FOH teams to ensure seamless event delivery

Provide general administrative and operational support

Confidently upsell menus, wine packages, and event add-ons

Use booking systems and office tools to manage daily workflows

Who You Are

2+ years in hospitality, admin or events

Calm, personable and proactive—especially under pressure

Strong written and verbal communication

Great with time management and detail

Familiar with Office Suite; knowledge of NowBookIt, POS systems, Squarespace and Canva is a bonus

A passion for food, wine, and genuine hospitality
