Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Reservations Coordinator to oversee all bookings and coordination of small events within The Commons Collective (TCC). Our reservations team of 2, communicate with all our clients to arrange their bookings, as well as manage the menus and collateral for TCC.
Main Duties:
- Lead and support the reservations team to deliver high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet KPIs and deliver smooth service delivery.
- Proactively plan and research trends to introduce new initiatives and activations to maximise revenue.
- Work closely with VIP clients and stakeholders, going above and beyond expectations.
- Oversee and ensure the daily execution of tasks and responsibilities are completed within the reservations team.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong administration skills with at least 1 year of experience in Reservations and leadership.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to multitask and think on your feet to solve problem quickly and efficiently.
- A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
- A people-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
