Description

**This role is a 6 week contract initally with the potienal to extend**

• Process and manage outgoing payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile payment records to ensure financial integrity.
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper payment approvals.
• Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile

• Experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software or financial systems.
• An understanding of payment compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address payment discrepancies effectively.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of approximately AUD 40 depending on experience.
