Are you passionate about making a real impact in the community? We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Trainer & Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Individual Support. You’ll be paid for your time supporting us during the registration phase; however, hours during this time will be irregular and based on business needs. Once our registration is secured, training delivery will commence with the opportunity for more regular and consistent shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainer, you will:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (both in-person and online)

Provide support and mentorship to students throughout their learning journey

Assess practical competencies in accordance with training package requirements

Maintain accurate records and comply with RTO standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

✅ TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (held for 3+ years)
✅ Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (with relevant industry experience)
✅ Comfortable with digital platforms and remote delivery methods
✅ A warm, empathetic communicator who is passionate about helping others grow
✅ Ability to manage flexible work hours and multiple locations as needed
