About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Trainer & Assessor to join our friendly, high-performing team on a casual basis. This role focuses on assessing students for the Certificate III in Individual Support on their work placement.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you need to:

Have industry experience in aged care, disability, or home/community care.

Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.

Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.

Be passionate about teaching and guiding students.

Be a great communicator and a team player.

Have basic IT skills (we’ll support you if needed!).

Provide references from 2–3 Australian employers.

Be reliable, punctual, and able to complete marking on time.

Commit to ongoing professional development (CPD).

Have own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.

Bonus Skills (Not Essential but a Plus!)

Mandarin-speaking

Experience using aXcelerate

Previous teaching or mentoring experience

RN preferred but welcome all eligible candidates
