I have several high profile clients in the engineering workshop field looking to fill autonomous branch management roles in several locations across North Qld.

Common to each role is that the successful is that each branch operates as profit centre and the roles are quite autonomous. Branchs vary in size from 15-40 staff and most have both a machine shop (fitting and turning), a field service offering and a sales resource (both internal and external).

These roles require highly experienced operators and to OTE on offer reflects that we are looking for the best.

The ideal candidates will most likely have:

Trade qualifications as a fitter and turner, plant or diesel fitter plus extensive certificates in areas such as welding, electrical and hydraulics etc.

Experience as a Hydraulic Fitter is preferred.

Post Trade business qualifications (diploma level min) and strong commerical skills.

Strong customer service orientation and experience managing branch sales people

5+ years of experience in similar roles.
