This role combines account management with new business development, offering a dynamic and rewarding career path. Full training on our products and services will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of pest control clients.

Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Maintain a structured call cycle to meet business goals.

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve growth targets.

Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activity.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or account management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Professional presentation and reliability.

Strong time management and planning skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Tech-savvy mindset – confident using advanced CRMs and digital platforms to manage customer relationships and reporting.

Full driver’s licence required.
