Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation employs over 110 employees across a diverse range of primary health care services including clinical, dental, allied health, alcohol and other drug support, social and emotional well-being, public health programs and administration.
Anyinginyi Health is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Executive Team and shape the future of our Business Services functions. In this pivotal role, you’ll take strategic responsibility for Finance, IT, Infrastructure, Asset Management, and Business Development—working closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive Team to ensure alignment with our Strategic Plan and organisational priorities.
From delivering insightful reports to steering complex projects, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Your leadership will influence continuous quality improvement across our services and regions, enhancing client outcomes and enabling sustainable growth. You’ll bring a whole-of-organisation perspective—driving data-informed decisions, managing infrastructure in line with master planning, and supporting effective risk mitigation.
