We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Clerk/Bookkeeper subcontractor to join our small business on approximately two days per week (preferably Tuesdays and Wednesdays), helping to keep our flower business running smoothly.
Qualifications include:
Transaction Recording—accurate recording of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Accounts payable and receivable management—tracking income payments and outgoing bills, insuring timely invoicing and collections.
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation—regular reconciliation of bank and credit card statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for
Financial reporting—monthly, quarterly Business Activity Statement lodgements.
Payroll Support—Payroll processing, tax filings, and employee records.
Tax-ready books—preparations of financial records to support smooth and accurate tax filing for end-of-financial-year coordination with external accountants.
Experienced and certified book-keepers (preferably having BAS agent registered).
Use of trusted accounting software—MYOB.
