Bespoke Property Solutions is looking for an active and positive accounts person that is willing to assist with taking our business to the next level. You will have full accountability with the financials of the business.
Must be willing to learn many customers programs to ensure payment.
What you'll be doing
Process and record accounts payable and receivable
Provide general administrative support
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
Process invoices and overlook all accounts
Reconcile supplier invoices
Have an oversight of site variations, expenses, and update company database
Consolidate staff time sheets and process payroll
Assist with ad-hoc tasks
Uploading completed tasks into customers systems for payments
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role
Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software XERO and spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred
