Climbing Ladders Early Learning & Montessori Centre currently operates two Centres, due to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Finance & Administration Officer to join us based at Stanhope Gardens. The role will be on a part-time basis up to 20 hours per week.

Role Overview
The Finance & Admin Officer will assist management with various financial aspects of our business including fortnightly timesheet processing of payroll, manage accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to broaden their administrative and financial skill set.
Position Objectives
· Collect, interpret, and review financial information
· Ensure accuracy in financial data inputs
· Perform bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
· Maintain accurate and reliable financial information
Key Accountabilities
· Process timesheet and payroll, including payroll tax and lodging IASs
· Oversee Receivables & Payables
· Balance Sheet Reconciliations
· P&L and Balance Sheets
Technical Competencies
· MYOB: Proficient in MYOB for accounting, bookkeeping and payroll
· Kinderm8: Experience having used a Childcare Management Platform
· MS Office: proficient skills in Excel, Word, and other Office applications
· Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GST, payroll tax and completing statutory returns
