- Proven experience in café or restaurant management (min. 1–2 years in a supervisory role)

- Expert barista skills with a passion for high-quality coffee

- Strong leader who can train, inspire, and manage a team effectively

- Customer-first mindset – you build rapport and ensure outstanding guest experiences

- Operational excellence – ability to streamline workflows, manage stock, and maintain standards

- Adaptable & proactive – thrives in a fast-paced environment and solves problems efficiently

- Weekend availability (essential for this role)
