We are recruiting for a Store Manager position.

looking for an experienced Barista Store Manager to join their friendly team.

To be successful in this role you must be/have:

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista, with the ability to prepare a variety of coffee styles and handle cake orders with quality and efficiency.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to consistently engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

A hands-on, reliable, and punctual individual who is consistently well-presented and ready to contribute to a professional environment.

Be a team worker encouraging a positive atmosphere and a can-do attitude.

Strong attention to detail, with a self-motivated attitude and a keen desire to learn.

Proven ability to handle difficult situations positively and perform well under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Availability to work daytime hours across a 6-day rotating roster, with the ability to work on weekends being essential.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

Taking cake order

Managing staff rosters

Coffee making, food & beverage preparation

Customer service, taking orders, and cash handling

Maintaining cafe and cake presentation

Cash reconciling

Stock control, re-stocking duties & monitoring wastage

Responsible for cleaning duties and maintaining a neat and tidy shop environment
