We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team and assist in elevating our restaurant to new heights.

Our Melbourne Airport operation is a multi-venue Food & Beverage diverse hospitality operation including bar, cafe, coffee outlet and restaurant venues.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to head up Bar Pulpo by Movida at Melbourne Airport. You will work alongside the best in the business, a highly supportive leadership team and warm and friendly colleagues.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork

Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly

Team Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and lead staff, ensuring top-tier performance

Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive team

What You Bring:

Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for food and hospitality

Excellent leadership and communication skills

A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude

Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities

A love for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to success

Requirements:

2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar management role

Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential)

Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one

Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
