Your new role

Based in Liverpool, this full-time role reports directly to the HR Manager and starts at 8:00 AM. Once settled, the successful candidate will enjoy the flexibility to work from home, making it a great opportunity for someone seeking both structure and balance. As the Senior HR Advisor / HRBP, you'll be a key partner to operational leaders, supporting a predominantly blue-collar workforce. You'll play a vital role in managing employee relations and driving HR initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex ER matters including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Provide expert advice on IR issues and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Coach and guide managers on HR best practices and leadership development
- Assist with policy development and implementation
- Contribute to change management and organisational development initiatives
- Maintain and optimise HRIS records and reporting
- Foster strong relationships across all levels of the business

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or HRBP role, within a blue-collar or industrial setting
- Strong ER/IR knowledge and experience handling complex employee issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - a must-have for this role
- Confidence and resilience to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR compliance
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Full-time and unrestricted Australian working rights (essential)
