As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Management Accountant who can combine strong financial analysis with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.

You’ll join a small, dynamic accounting team and play a pivotal role in driving business performance through insightful reporting and proactive business partnering.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare monthly management reports and analysis for leadership and board

Lead and coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Deliver clear insights on product margins, manufacturing variances, and cost control

Partner closely with production and operations teams to improve decision-making

Enhance financial systems, controls, and reporting processes

Support strategic initiatives with scenario modelling and profitability analysis

About You:

CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in management accounting

Strong background in manufacturing accounting (costing, WIP, inventory)

Highly analytical with the ability to simplify complex data

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, MYOB Advanced)

Excellent communicator and relationship builder across all levels
