POSITION AVAILABLE:

Facade Engineer/Consultant

• 4+ years consultancy experience in Australia
• Architecture degrees welcomed
• $100K - $115K + Super
• Design curtain walls, cladding, glazing
• Competence with glass, aluminium, stone and timber facade design
• Thermal, condensation and energy analysis
• Strand7, Therm, Wufi, Speckle
• Site inspections of façade and remedial projects
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Confidence consulting with clients, contractors and architects
• Permanent Residency required

Senior Facade Engineer/Consultant

• 6+ years facade design experience in Australia
• $120K - $135K + Super
• Exceptional design skills with all facade systems and building envelopes
• Competence with all facade materials
• Structural and remedial design, sustainability, acoustic, waterproofing and combustibility experience
• Project and people management skills
• Prepare proposals, reports and technical documentation
• Client-facing - drive meetings with all project stakeholders
• Citizenship required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:
These positions require Engineers with some “been there, done that“ in the local Sydney market. These groups are looking for Facade specialists who can drive a project from day one, deliver award-winning designs and satisfy clients.
Applicants who have not worked as a Facade Engineer/Consultant in an Australian consultancy will not be considered.
