We are seeking a Senior Designer to work on a large tier one client. You will bring your deep design expertise-especially in brand identity, product, and logo creation, to craft beautiful, purposeful visual experiences that move people and drive results. You will shape the look and feel of key client brands, while also contributing to the agency’s creative standards and culture. You are passionate about design craft.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Design & Development: Lead design work across brand identity, logo development, visual systems, and product design—ensuring visual excellence and strategic alignment.

Project Leadership: Oversee design execution across multiple client projects, ensuring craft, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Mentorship & Team Growth: Provide direction and structured feedback to junior and midweight designers. Guide and inspire their growth through regular coaching and review.

Stakeholder Communication: Present and defend creative concepts to clients and senior internal stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale and design thinking.

Collaboration & Ideation: Partner with creative, strategy, and digital teams to co-create campaigns, products, and platforms that break through.

Innovation & Process Improvement: Stay on the cutting edge of tools and trends (including generative AI), and bring new ways of working into the team.

Experience & Skills

5–7+ years experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of brand identity, product, and logo work.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools.

Deep understanding of design craft—typography, layout, composition, and brand systems.

Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex brand and visual problems.

Proven leadership in creative environments—mentoring, critiquing, and growing others.

A clear communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Agile, organised, and always pushing for smarter, faster ways of delivering impactful work.

Bonus: Experience using design systems at scale or contributing to product UI/UX is a plus.
