While your base will be in Melbourne, there are exciting opportunities to travel interstate and take on new challenges across Australia.

At Ecosphere, we work hard, we work together, and we achieve great things! In this role, you’ll be working closely with our Crushing Plant Supervisor and Operations Manager to drive success. You'll be an integral part of a small, highly skilled team that consistently exceeds expectations and aligns with Ecosphere’s growth strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing…
As a key member of the team, your day-to-day will be varied and fast-moving. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Operating 30-tonne front-end loaders and 50-tonne excavators with precision and care

Feeding and efficiently operating the crushing plant to keep everything running smoothly

Performing essential maintenance on our mobile crushing plant and equipment

Ensuring the safe and effective operation of all equipment, every time

Carrying out pre-start checks to ensure all plant equipment is in top condition

Delivering top-quality service and products that make a real difference

Following direction from the Crushing Supervisor to meet and exceed team goals

What We’re Looking For…
We want a driven, experienced professional who thrives in a hands-on role and is passionate about delivering outstanding crushing and screening solutions. Here’s what we need:

A proactive individual who is eager to contribute to high-quality construction services and crushing solutions

Proven, practical experience in crushing, screening, recycling materials, or working in quarries

Strong expertise in operating mobile plant, especially loaders

Operator competencies for Crushing and Screening Operations, with tickets for loaders and excavators at a minimum

A can-do attitude and exceptional teamwork skills

Willingness to relocate for regional and interstate projects
