About the Role:

Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for logistics, people management, and process improvement? We’re looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to take charge of our dispatch area and ensure our fruit packing and distribution operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Experience & Qualifications

Proficiency in forklift operation and warehouse logistics, with a commitment to safety and quality.

Forklift License highly regarded

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members effectively.

Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.

Flexibility to work within seasonal demand, including overtime and/or weekends as needed to meet operational demands and to fulfill customer orders.
