About us
Cert Lane is a building certification company that serves the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, and Hunter areas for housing and extends NSW for select commercial projects.
We have a fast-paced environment in approving Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates and building reports. We ensure compliance with building requirements and offer valuable advice to owners, builders, and designers.
We are looking for the right person to lead the administration team! For the right person, this position could be worked around school hours.
Experience required:
Microsoft Office.
Adobe Acrobat.
Experience desired:
NSW Planning Portal, training is offered.
Building Certification Systems (BCS), training is offered.
Strong social media skills: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.
Tasks & responsibilities
First point of contact for the office, directing calls, organising meetings etc.
Drafting documentation for approval.
Managing social media platforms.
