General Administrative Duties

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our fast paced, dynamic team to provide general support and administrative assistance to our Territory Managers & Field Technicians.

To be considered for this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have -

Experience in an administrative role and prior experience in trade sector administration will be highly regarded

Organised, Self-motivated, able to work autonomously or in a team

Good problem solving skills

Previous experience with SimPro/Uptick software or similar systems will be highly regarded

Have drive to achieve company KPI's & targets

Good Communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong Customer Service focus and flexible attitude

Role Description

In the position of administration officer, your duties will involve:

Aiding in arranging service and maintenance assignments through Uptick/SimPro.

Producing and distributing Work Orders to subcontractors and Purchase Orders to wholesalers.

Maintaining clients updated on task advancement and arranging access for technicians.

Managing invoicing for finalised tasks.

Liaising with territory manager and preparing estimates for supplementary tasks when necessary.

Addressing service call inquiries by generating, coordinating, and invoicing as appropriate.

Completing various administrative tasks as assigned.

Delivering exceptional client support via phone and email interactions.
