About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Handyperson to join our team in Mooloolaba, QLD. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our commercial properties, ranging from office buildings to small local shopping centres and industrial sheds.

What you'll be doing

Performing general maintenance and repairs across our commercial properties including carpentry, roofing repairs and painting tasks

Responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing issues in a timely manner

Being proactive in identifying and carrying out preventative maintenance to address potential issues

Liaising with external contractors and suppliers as required

Assisting with special projects and refurbishments as needed

Van and trailer provided

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role

Strong practical skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, roofing, and painting

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Trade qualifications or certificates would be an advantage

Current driver's licence and ability to drive with a trailer
