As a family-owned and operated company, we currently manage six established bodies corporate across the estate. We’re excited to announce a new caretaking contract with a seventh body corporate, and as a result, we’re expanding our team with this new Maintenance Handyperson position.

We actively handle everything from resident enquiries, maintenance coordination, and building upkeep, to liaising with trades and body corporate committees - ensuring smooth, responsive service day and night.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking maintenance / handyperson to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and functional facilities. The role involves a combination of general cleaning and maintenance duties, facility inspections and light handyman tasks. This position will suit someone who enjoys a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

General upkeep and maintenance tasks to common areas, and exterior spaces.

Empty rubbish and recycling bins and replace liners daily.

Perform basic maintenance and repairs.

Read utility meters.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and report to management.

Support facility-related setups for meetings or events.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Always follow health and safety procedures.

To be considered for this position you must possess the following attributes

Previous experience working in residential or commercial building complexes preferred but not essential.

Ability to perform assigned tasks to a high standard.

Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

A positive and proactive approach.

Friendly with great people skills

Current manual drivers license is essential.
