We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our dynamic remote-first team.

This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on marketing experience, either in a previous role or a parallel industry. If you've worked in client-facing roles or managed marketing projects, even better.

You should be organised, dependable and a strong communicator. You’ll be balancing a few clients, juggling deadlines, and keeping things moving, so we’re after someone who enjoys project management and is happy owning a process.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, but we’re only considering applicants based in SE QLD. Our team lives around the region, and we like to catch up in person for the occasional coffee.

You’ll be working directly with our GM and collaborating closely with our creative and strategy teams.

While you don’t need to be an analytics expert, you’ll need to be comfortable reviewing performance, briefing creatives, and keeping track of campaign timelines. You’ll also work with various platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, so any prior experience there will be helpful.

We’re a marketing agency, and this role is all about helping us run smoother and deliver stronger results for our clients. Your focus will be on communication, coordination and keeping campaigns on track.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Support campaign execution from briefing through to delivery

Coordinate across creative, media and strategy teams to keep projects moving

Prepare and deliver weekly reports and updates to clients

Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and timelines

Identify simple optimisation or delivery issues and flag to the team

Keep an eye on campaign platforms and performance metrics

Preferred Experience & Skills:

You've worked in marketing, media, advertising or a related field

You’re confident speaking with clients and managing updates or deadlines

You enjoy keeping things organised and running on time

You're familiar with digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta or TikTok

You’ve used project management tools or CRMs

You’re good with written and spoken communication

You’ve got a reliable process and a keen eye for detail
