Key Responsibilities:

• Support a Department Head with amazing leadership support, loads of training, and development and be ready to take on own portfolio
• Entry, exit and routine inspections
• Maintenance administration
• Reporting and communication with tenants
• General ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Valid Real Estate certificate
• Customer service focused
• Must have previous experience in Real Estate
• Vic driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Confident ability with portfolio management
