THE ROLE:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 120 well-maintained properties
• Conduct routine inspections and complete condition reports
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant communication
• Advertise available properties and process tenant applications

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must have 12+ months in property management
• Agents Representative Certificate - Required
• Valid police check
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - Required
• Confident communicator with strong organisation and attention to detail
