Our client based in the Inner North of Melbourne and is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a local portfolio. This company has a fun team, great culture and keen to secure the right person ASAP.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio in the Inner North - Small portfolio
- All duties required in managing a portfolio, end to end
- office support
- Monday to Friday ONLY
Salary is $75K -85K + super dependent on experience
About you:
- Min. 24 months experience managing a Commercial portfolio or assisting
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence
- Experience using a commercial program is highly regarded
- Corporate attire
- Excellent communication and written skills
