Join our client based in the City of Stonnington & manage a local portfolio within a high-performing office with a great team culture!

About The Role;

  • Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
  • Local portfolio in the south-eastern suburbs
  • GENEROUS Incentives & Commissions on TOP of your salary
  • Support Provided from Assistant Property Managers
  • Monday to Friday - No Weekend Work
  • Work From Home Flexibility

Salary paying up to $85K+Super+Incentives/Commissions (depending on experience)

About You:

  • 12 months + managing a residential portfolio
  • Current & valid Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Proficiency in one or more PM systems: RP Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Reapit
  • Professional presentation & corporate attire
  • Driver’s Licence & reliable car
  • Exceptional communication & customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive & a true team player
