About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Harcourts Asap' as a Property Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in the Narre Warren area. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and profitability of the properties under your care.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair work to ensure the properties are well-maintained

Handling tenant inquiries, processing applications, and managing the tenant lifecycle

Collecting and processing rent payments, and ensuring timely payment of landlord disbursements

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the properties and tenancies

Proactively identifying opportunities to optimise the performance of the property portfolio

Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a property management role

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in the property management industry

A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service

A valid real estate license or Agents Rep Certificate

Hours:

No Weekend Work

Monday - Friday (Flexible hours please see below options)

8.00am - 4.30pm

8.30am - 5.00pm

9.00am - 5.30pm
