About the Role

We are currently seeking a Part-time (4 Days) HR Officer to join our People & Culture team to support our factory located at Yatala, QLD.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, your role will be key in driving our P&C success story.

Your key focus areas will include, but not limited to:

HR coordination and administration

Assisting with talent acquisition and onboarding process.

Maintaining our HRIS system

Undertaking General HR administration

2. OH&S

Conducting OH&S audits

Conducting Risk assessments

Managing and coordinating incident response

3. Workcover

Coordinating end to end work cover process.

Coordinating Return to work for injured staff

Liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are being met.

Preparing monthly reports

4. Employee Relations

Work closely with P&C Manager and Department Manager to manage employee relations

About the incumbent

You are a self-motivated and committed individual with a passion and drive to achieve the goals set before you. A team-player with a focus on teamwork and client service. You will also have sound administration skills and knowledge of the fundamentals of Human Resources including Recruitments, OH&S and Stakeholder management. Partnering with our People & Culture Manager, you will be a key member in supporting HR initiatives.

Ability to research

Experience in using HRIS preferred.

Experience using Microsoft suite.
