Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for a medium-sized workforce

Maintain accurate employee records and update payroll data

Ensure compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation

Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner

Support the HR and finance teams with administrative and reporting tasks

What We're Looking For:

Some prior experience or studies in payroll, accounting, HR, or a related field (preferred but not essential)

High attention to detail and strong numerical skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with payroll software is a plus
